effective from 22 March 2024

1. Starting from January 1, 2024, The Point members can accumulate 2 maximum same-day electronic purchase receipts from various merchants/showrooms for redeeming free parking.

2. The free parking discount is only applicable to registered The Point members. The parking discounts include: free parking for mall purchases, parking discounts for New World Club members, parking discounts for SmarTone Plus designated members, or other designated promotional parking discounts.

3. The Point members must present the original machine-printed purchase receipt of the same day and the corresponding electronic payment proof, including (SHKP Mall Gift Cards; credit cards, Octopus, debit cards, Apple Pay, BoC Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, Samsung Pay, UnionPay mobile QuickPass, UnionPay QR code, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or other stored value payment tools regulated under the "Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance" (Chapter 584), including but not limited to Octopus cards, Octopus mobile SIM, Tap & Go Tap & Go Rewards, and TNG Wallet) to enjoy the parking discount.

4. Receipts of purchasing the following designated festive food coupons are eligible for bonus points: mooncake (including ice cream mooncake), Chinese New Year pudding, rice dumplings, and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers). The receipts from the following or in the nature of the following shops or businesses are ineligible for bonus points registration: carwash, car care services, related service or the purchase of parking cards; kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores (non-HomeSquare & New Town Plaza tenants); tenants of Grand Central Plaza Office Tower (except level 7-8 of Tower 2) tuition / membership / any other monthly fees; the purchase or topping-up of Octopus cards; value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping; online food order; telecommunication fees or purchase of calling cards; trade-in transactions or product redemptions, purchase of SHKP Malls Gift Card, purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, gift certificates, Point Dollar, e-coupons, gift cards, membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, soup coupons, drink coupons, food coupons, cake cards, and wedding coupons (including but not limited to cake cards, Chinese bridal cake cards, wedding vouchers and wedding coupons); payments settled by cash, payments with a handwritten receipts, reprinted or photocopied receipt and payment slip, cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions.

5. The amount of consumption will be calculated based on the higher amount between the merchant's machine-printed receipt and the corresponding electronic payment proof (excluding the deducted amount from discounts, cash vouchers, any coupons, or promotional codes) for redeeming the parking discount.

6. The redemption of free parking using designated points is only applicable to The Point members who have registered for the touchless parking service and parked their vehicles in the HomeSquare car park. Members must redeem the free parking discount through The Point mobile application.

7. This offer is only applicable to private vehicles.

8. Each vehicle is eligible to register for the parking privilege only once per day and can enjoy a maximum of 5 hours (Monday to Friday) or 4 hours (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) of free parking privilege, including other parking promotions.

9. The exempted parking hours for this parking discount start from the time of entry (from 10:00 to 22:00). If the redeemed free parking hours are exceeded, additional parking fees for the car park must be paid. The mall will charge an hourly rate for the car park thereafter, and unless otherwise stated, parking less than 1 hour will also be counted as 1 hour.

10. The free parking redemption must be completed between 10:00 and 23:59 on the same day.

11. Regarding the overnight parking offer, it cannot be used in valid conjunction with other parking offers, including free parking coupon, shopping parking privilege and free parking redemption via bonus points by The Point, etc. Additionally, this offer is only applicable during specified time periods. If a driver parks outside of the specified time period, they will be required to pay the hourly parking fee for the duration of their parking during the non-designated time period.

12. This parking discount cannot be exchanged for cash or cash vouchers.

13. HomeSquare shop tenants and their employees are not entitled to enjoy this free parking privilege and not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.

14. The Point members must use the same Octopus or The Point Contactless Parking for entry and exit of the car park and for redeeming the parking discount; otherwise, the redeemed parking discount will be deemed invalid.

15. The staff reserves the right to request customers to present the original machine-printed receipt for on-site photocopying, verification, and registration of information for internal auditing purposes.

16. The latest parking promotions are subject to on-site announcements.

17. Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, HomeSquare reserves the right to modify the offer, terms, and conditions without prior notice.

18. HomeSquare reserves the right to amend or revise any terms and conditions and has the final decision-making power in all disputes, without further notice.
